Questions importers ask

What counts as a "trade"?
One trade = one shipment workspace: one corridor, one commodity, one document pack and one TwinLog audit trail. Drafts, cancellations, and failed trades don't count.
What happens if I exceed my included trades?
You are not hard-blocked. We track usage beyond the included allowance, but automatic overage charging is not enabled. Contact us to agree a larger allowance.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
Upgrades can be prorated (per Stripe settings). Downgrades typically apply on the next renewal — see checkout terms at payment time.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing includes two months free on Starter, Growth, and Professional. Scale annual terms are agreed during sales onboarding.
Is there a free pilot?
Yes. The free pilot gives you 3 days, one shipment workspace, and up to 20 uploaded documents. A card is required, and checkout bills immediately if you've already used a pilot.
